KDQ steel ball valves are applied to industrial pipelines of regional heat supply (combined heat and power gerneration), heat transfer, oil transportation and deoxygenized water and so on.
Structure
The valve is made up of all-welded valve body and carbon-enhanced Teflon seal gasket and can operates for long serviece lifetime under the circumstances of frequent operation, presence of impurity and chemical substances. Fine-grinded stainless steel ball body can ensure smooth startup/switching off and reliable operation.
The adoption of floating ball structure and beveled elastic washer can ensure that seal ring presses tightly on ball body. Even if the pressure is unstable, tight seal of valve can be ensured.
Leakproof structure of valve rod adopts two O-rings to make valve rod rotate Smoothly, ensuring good tightness.

Characteristics:
